Most of the ones we have were only rejected by Office Depot or Best Buy because the outer box was damaged, but the keyboard was not even used. Some of them are used, but most of them look like the customer could not figure out how to bluetooth it to their device and just brought it back unused. Come with the USB Dongle, and battery compartment cover. 2 “AAA” batteries may need to be replaced. Condition is an A- if it was used at all. To sync this keyboard with bluetooth, you turn on bluetooth on the device and turn on the keyboard with the power switch on the right side. Then, you hold down F1 on the keyboard for 3 seconds until it flashes fast, and then you choose the keyboard on your device settings. The device will give a 6-digit code to type on the keyboard, type the code and hit enter, and it is paired.
